The binne e-mailing list is intended for Bi people in Northern New England (USA). Although originally intended for Maine, it's open to anyone bi or bi friendly, from anywhere, so long as they mind their manners. No particular rules on topics, all we're asking right now is no chain mail, advertisements or personals, and that people be polite to each other.
